Why do I need a Personal Trainer or Coach?

Can a trainer help me evaluate my eating habits and make knowledgeable recommendations regarding nutrition?

Yes. As part of any training package here at Coach Lou Cook your diet and nutrition will be evaluated and monitored for the duration of your membership. A healthy diet is paramount to reaching your goals and we will help educate you on the foods that fuel and nourish your body.

Do I need a gym membership?

No, a separate gym membership is not required. However it may be beneficial for you to supplement your training with at-home conditioning or visits to a gym so that you may apply the knowledge given to you by your trainer.

Do I need fitness equipment at home?

Not necessarily. We will evaluate any equipment you currently own and make recommendations for additional equipment that would fit your needs now and into the future.

How much will this cost?

Pricing is determined by your needs and your location. An initial discussion with a coach regarding your goals will help us to determine the right plan for you.
